Fees are charged based on the number of days used.

MAU stands for Monthly Active (unique) User, and when the same user accesses the service 100 times in a month, it's counted as 1 MAU.
CCU stands for Concurrent User, and is counted as the number of active users who are connected to the chat channel at the same time.
